UCallNow was founded by Juan Ochoa, who spent over 5 years running an automotive call center in Anaheim, California. Everything we build — SOPHIA, our BDC, USELLNOW, our dealer websites — comes from real experience selling cars.
Juan started in the trenches of automotive sales — answering leads, qualifying buyers, chasing no-shows and closing deals at an independent dealership. He built and ran a call center that booked appointments for used car dealers across the U.S., and learned exactly where deals are won and lost: in the first few minutes after a customer reaches out.
That's why he spent over a year training SOPHIA before letting her talk to a single real customer — she had to qualify and book the way a veteran human setter does. The 400+ guides in our resource center are written from that hands-on experience, not scraped from the internet.
